We see this project as an artwork tribute to the original game we all love by the amazing Rare™ -- thus we have not
contacted either of these companies regarding use of the naming properties here-in. We plead our
actions are seen for what they are, and not as threat to rights holding and/or money losses.

All of the physical content in our game is and should be noted as 100% created from scratch using the game engines SDK.
The game we modify to create our game, is not affiliated with us in any way, other than their terms of
extending community developers the tools to create game modifications.
