In future this will be updated at the top with what we have done and are working on. The goal at base is simple, to completely recreate the classic, goldeneye007. Single-player and Multiplayer.
Outline Features Here is a list of things of what is planned to exist in the final mod and a general guide as to what order they will be prioritized for beta's and patches along the way :
Standard :: All single player missions -- with option of i) classic animation AI ii) modern AI iii) next gen AI :: All multiplayer and single-player maps -- with i) remade ii) classic varieties. :: All main characters with two different looks then bringing back those bonus characters and guards :: All the weapons and gadgets from the original :: All multiplayer game-modes :: All recreated/remixed music tracks and sound effects to give enhanced nostalgia :: All the cheat options :: 3 HUD styles, i) minimal classic ii) simple modern iii) sleek stylish
:: Richochet effect and sounds :: 2 weapon animation modes ; set by server which enabled (dropdown or modern) :: Ohhs and Uhhh's ; the death cries return :: Dripping blood effect when killed :: Cutscenes in SP as to the original but enhanced
Bonus :: Co-operative Missions based on the single-player missions :: Extra multiplayer game-modes for more online replay :: "All bonds" character bonus, plus a new addition set of characters "bond girls" :: Extra maps from james bond legend for multiplayer, one being the real location "goldeneye island" :: New single-player missions using the all bonds character's to place bond in the correct movie ==================================================
This may be added to as things progress, and each revision of this outline will be archived so curious parties can see what further features have been surfaced as things get implemented. In the event something from this early list is scrapped, we are very sorry and it must have been near impossible to undertake on the engine, or else our resolve is to complete each goal -- time being the only factor dependant on you getting it.
